Frequently Ask Questions
To receive a quick and accurate quote, please provide your complete Gerber files (RS-274-X format), NC drill files, solder mask files, silkscreen files, and a Readme.txt explanation file. For PCBA assembly projects, we also require a Bill of Materials (BOM, .xls format), Pick & Place coordinate files (.xls format), and assembly drawings. Upon receiving your files, we will evaluate them and provide a detailed quotation in the shortest possible time.
We primarily accept Gerber (RS-274-X) and NC Drill files for PCB manufacturing. For your convenience, we also accept various other design file formats, including but not limited to: .PCB, PCBDOC, BRD, CAM, CAD, ODB++ (.tgz), ASC, and DXF. Providing these files helps us better understand your design requirements.
If you receive parts that do not meet your requirements, please contact us within one week upon receiving the goods and describe the specific defect. It is essential to provide digital photos and a detailed written description of the defect. Our QA engineer will review your request, and if the parts are non-conforming per customer specifications or the acceptance standard of IPC-A-600 Class 2, we will process your request. Upon your approval, we will address the problem and re-run your order based on the original order request at no additional charge. If you request a refund, we will refund 100% of your order amount, not including shipping cost.
We offer various global shipping methods to ensure your products can be delivered to any destination worldwide. Standard shipping times are as follows for your reference:
- DHL/UPS/Fedex: 2-6 working days
- TNT: 4-9 working days

Yes, we provide comprehensive PCBA assembly services, including a full turnkey solution from PCB manufacturing and component procurement to SMT/DIP soldering, testing, and final assembly. Simply provide your Gerber files, BOM, Pick & Place files, and assembly drawings, and we can offer you a one-stop service.
Your files are held in complete safety and security while HUAXING PCBA Limited is in possession of them. Your files are never shared with any third parties, only our colleagues have access to your design files. Since they are your property, we respect the copyright of your files. The customer controls the disposition of these files per your requirements and written approval.
HUAXING PCBA Limited has the capability to produce circuit boards in any amount.
The warranty is 1-3years.
